If your young person is going to be absent or has an appointment of any kind please contact the school before 8.30am by

or telephone absence line (01506 280500 Option 1) detailing young person's name, reason for absence and length of absence
Attendance at school is very important and is a key factor in a young people achieving success
We share this information with students through assemblies and would like to work together with parents and carers to support positive attendance and timekeeping.
The attached information highlights the impact of missing school on the number of days and lessons missed over the course of a school year. The information also includes why timekeeping matters and the impact being late to classes has on learning.
