Practice Interviews

We had 3 fantastic days of 'early practice interviews' for our new S4 groups June 27 - 29. Across the 3 days 10 parents and business partners interviewed 144 of our pupils. Many thanks to them for giving up their time. This fantastic event gave pupils the opportunity to build their confidence in being able to talk about their skills in an interview situation. This builds on the profiles 'showcasing' the skills our S3 pupils had built over S1-3. Pupils should now have copies of these at home with them.

Our aim  was to begin to allow our pupils to hear themselves talk about their skills and strengths out loud to an unfamiliar adult - all part of their post school destination journey.
