S4/5/6 January Assessments

January Assessments will be held in school during the period Friday 12 to Friday 26 January (inclusive).  Links to the assessment calendars are contained in the Information Package below

Parent and candidates are asked to note:

• Full school uniform is required during the January Assessment Window
• Pupils will attend classes throughout the assessment window
• Candidates should be punctual for all assessments
• Instructions from Invigilators must be followed
• Candidates are not allowed to leave the examination hall before the stated finishing time
• All candidates must be in the correct seat number - this is applicable for Maths, English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics exams which take place in large venues out with class time.  All other assessments take place during class time in the normal classroom used
• All electronic devices should be switched off before entering an assessment and not on your person
• Bags should be left at the side of the assessment room
• Earpieces are not permitted
• Pupils who have assessment arrangements will be contacted shortly by Mrs MacNeill and details sent to parents and carers prior to the Christmas holidays
