S.M.I.L.E Counselling at The James Young High School

Daniela Cernicchiaro,  is our new S.M.I.L.E School Counsellor based in James Young High School.

Daniela studied Psychology, before completing her PGDip training in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Daniela also holds a Level 4 Certificate in Counselling Skills for Working with Children and is trained in an integrative approach to counselling working with both person-centred and psychodynamic modalities when practicing.

If anyone would like to meet Daniela she offers drop ins, as well as 1-1 sessions through referrals.

Please contact the House Head for your young person for further information or to request a referral. Young people can also self-refer and speak to Pupil Support about this service.
