JYHS Mission Respect Group
The JYHS Mission Respect Group is about promoting pupil rights and respectful relationships. Pupils who join can get involved in the following areas:
- Anti-Bullying - working to promote an anti-bullying message around school
- Rights Respecting Schools - promoting the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, in line with our status as a level 1 Rights Respecting School
- Mission Equality - raising awareness of LGBT issues and promoting an anti-homophobic message
- Peer Mediation - training pupils to act as mediators to help fellow pupils discuss and resolve their disagreements in a calm, purposeful way


Who Can Attend
All JYHS pupils from S1 to S6 are welcome
